For customers
Choose a service, share the work needed and location, then submit a booking request. A request is not confirmed until availability is confirmed through the booking process. Prices can vary with the service, location, materials and scope. Any additional work and related charges should be discussed before that work proceeds, where reasonably practicable.

Professionals can submit a worker registration with their service profile and required KYC details. Worker payments, commissions, deductions and settlement timing depend on the applicable commercial arrangement. Review the Worker & Partner Policy and confirm the relevant terms before accepting work.
Home, office and business requests
Customers may check the service catalog for a home or office requirement.
